Light and Shadows

For my FINAL D. Photography assignment, I did LIGHTS AND SHADOWS!!! For this, I had a cross that my Great Grandfather, Paul Elekonich, gave to me when I was little! VERY LITTLE!!! This cross is on my red fleece blanket with my sisters desk lamp shining on it creating a shadow on my plain, blue wall...

Nature

For this assignment, I did NATURE!!! To take this picture, I went to Curtis Park. I ended up taking this picture next door at Wellers though. This picture includes the part way frozen river that, with line composition, draws your eye up the river and up to the shed in which is perfectly placed on the top Rule-of-Thirds line!!!



Soon after, a branch almost FELL ON ME!!!

Architecture

For this assignment, I did Architecture!!! I thought that my Church, First Presbyterian Church of Saline, would be a good place to take pictures Because Church's are old, having an old and beautiful architectural Quality's.



But there is always a down side to a beautiful architectural building...

Portrait Demo

During this project, I took at least 20 pictures to get two perfect ones. I had a hard time with the Studio picture because my subject had a hard time deciding on a pose, but eventual I snapped one of him in a dumbfounded stair.

Animals

For my 3ed assignment, I did ANIMAL!!! I have here a picture of my hamster, Leia Furgana (like Leia Organa from Star Wars). I had a hard time getting a good picture of her because the lighting in my room. On the right side, you can see a lamp. This was to help light the setting.


I had taken 7 good pictures. The only down side is she was a little scared of the camera as you can see. Just look whats all over the floor :-)
